Personalised order timing
The working production allowance is five working days after cleared payment and artwork approval, subject to garment availability and the confirmed order specification.
Supplier stock is checked by our team before order confirmation. A saved draft does not reserve garments, book a delivery date or guarantee availability. If your team needs clothing for a particular date, include that date before the order is confirmed.
Collection
Choose collection in your basket if you prefer to collect. Collection is from Sandycroft Workwear Ltd, 26 Babbage Road, Engineer Park, Sandycroft, Flintshire, CH5 2QD. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm, closed weekends. The team will confirm readiness once the order is accepted. Do not travel to collect a draft order before it has been confirmed as ready.
