Drafts and estimates
Catalogue prices and personalisation totals are estimates based on the saved supplier data and configured pricing rules. A saved draft is not an accepted order or a stock reservation.
Embroidery requires artwork, stitch count and suitability review. The final specification and cost must be confirmed before payment and production.
Artwork you provide
Provide artwork you have permission to use. Check all text, names, colours, positions and dimensions when reviewing a production proof.
The garment placement preview is approximate and cannot replace a final artwork proof.
Confirming your order
We check stock, garment prices and artwork before approving a saved order for payment. Review the confirmed specification and total in your account before paying.
Production starts after the agreed artwork approval and cleared payment, unless an approved credit arrangement applies. See our delivery and returns pages for the published policies, or contact us if you need clarification before ordering.
