Shop workwear & add your logoCan I mix sizes and colours?
Yes. Select a colour, enter size quantities and switch to another colour to add more. Quantities of the same style are combined for garment quantity pricing.
How much is logo printing?
Breast or supported pocket printing is £3.50 per application excluding VAT. Back and A3 back printing are £6.00 per application excluding VAT. There is no print setup fee.
How is embroidery priced?
Embroidery uses an estimated application price based on the position, design type and reference size. New setup is £25 excluding VAT per design, position and size, with the agreed waiver above £395 of eligible clothing and branding after discounts. Final stitch count and garment suitability require review.
Can I use the same logo on several garments?
Yes. Saved artwork can be selected again. Embroidery setup is deduplicated when the artwork, position and finished size are the same. Approved production-file reuse must be verified by staff before a repeat setup charge is waived.
Are prices including VAT?
The catalogue shows prices excluding VAT by default, with a toggle to show garment prices including VAT. Garment VAT follows the supplier classification. Printing, embroidery, setup and delivery carry 20% VAT. Your basket shows the VAT amount and estimated total.
Can I order plain workwear?
Yes. Choose your garments and select order plain garments to skip the logo step.
Does a saved draft place an order?
No. It preserves your specification for review. It does not take payment or reserve supplier stock. Live checkout and staff confirmation are required before an order can proceed to production.
Can I reorder?
Load a saved draft into a new basket to reuse its garment and logo specification. Current prices, stock and artwork approval must be checked again.
