Payment must be received before your order commences.
We require cleared payment before ordering garments or starting print or embroidery, unless your business has an approved credit account and the order is within its agreed limit. Stock, final pricing and artwork must also be confirmed.

Pay for approved orders through secure Stripe-hosted checkout. Supported cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and UnionPay, subject to the options Stripe makes available for your transaction. The payment options available for your order are displayed by Stripe at checkout.
An approved order shows a secure payment link in your customer account. A saved basket or order draft never charges your card. Never send card numbers or security codes by email, WhatsApp or text.
PayPal
Ask the team to arrange PayPal payment for your confirmed quotation. PayPal is a payment preference in the catalogue; this website does not yet create a PayPal checkout or payment request. Use only a payment request confirmed by Sandycroft Workwear Ltd, and wait for the team to confirm cleared payment before work begins.
Bank transfer
Use the verified bank details and order reference on the payment request issued for your confirmed order. A payment sent is not necessarily a payment received; work begins after the funds have cleared and the other order checks are complete.
If you receive an unexpected change of bank details, verify it using an established contact channel before transferring money. We do not publish account details in the catalogue or accept a screenshot as proof of cleared funds.
In-store payment and cash
Arrange payment at Sandycroft Workwear Ltd, 26 Babbage Road, Engineer Park, Sandycroft, Flintshire, CH5 2QD. Our usual opening hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm. Confirm the quote and visit arrangements first.
Cash is paid in person and a receipt is provided. In-store payment must be made before the order commences unless approved credit terms apply. Please do not send cash through the post. Collection and payment are separate arrangements.
Approved corporate credit: Net 30
Eligible businesses can request a corporate account. The draft standard is payment due 30 calendar days from the invoice date: an invoice dated 7 October 2026 is due 6 November 2026. This is not a month-end calculation.
Credit requires manual assessment, an agreed limit and a signed agreement. An accepted order within that limit can proceed under the approved account terms after stock and artwork checks. Until approval, cleared payment is required before the order starts.

Your quotation separates clothing, print or embroidery, any setup, delivery and VAT. Prices and supplier availability are checked before acceptance. Five working days is the usual production allowance after approved artwork and the applicable payment requirement, subject to stock; a confirmed credit order has its schedule agreed separately.
Payment questions
When does my order start?
Stock, final prices and artwork must be confirmed, and cleared payment received before we order garments or start personalisation. An approved corporate account can order within its agreed credit limit under its signed terms.
Can I pay when I collect my branded order?
Ordinary orders require payment before work starts. You can pay in person at Sandycroft before production, but collection does not automatically allow payment after the order is completed.
Can I apply for a credit account?
Eligible UK limited companies and LLPs can request Net 30 terms, subject to manual assessment, an approved credit limit and a signed agreement. Downloading or submitting the form does not activate credit.
