Chest reference estimates cover designs up to 90 mm wide. Back reference estimates cover up to 250 mm wide. Standard text or logo and a football style badge have different estimated application prices because design detail affects the work involved. Fine lettering and dense artwork need review.
For staff names or departments, supply the exact text and wearer list. Different wording is a separate specification to be checked and priced. Thread colour references, the preferred garment position and the finished size should accompany the artwork.
Embroidery costs for your Chester team
Chest standard text or logo is estimated at £5 ex VAT per application; a football style badge at £7.50. Back standard text or logo is estimated at £8 ex VAT and a back football style badge at £12. New embroidery setup is £25 excluding VAT (£30 including VAT) per artwork, position and finished size. The same approved specification across garments is counted once. A chest logo and a back logo need separate setups. Setup is waived only when clothing and branding after discounts exceed £395, excluding VAT, delivery and setup; exactly £395 does not qualify. Reusing an existing production file needs staff approval.

Choose a garment, add the quantities for each size and colour, then continue to logos. Tap the Print or Embroidery picture, choose a supported position and upload a PNG, JPG or PDF up to 5 MB. You can type a company name, use saved artwork or send the logo later. Standard sizes provide a starting point; special sizes and colour instructions can be added. Review the clothing, logo applications, setup, delivery and VAT before saving your draft.

Proof approval, timing and reorders
The garment picture shows approximate placement, not a production proof. Stock, the finished design, colours, position, garment compatibility and any embroidery estimate need confirmation before payment and production. A saved draft does not reserve stock or place a paid order. Allow a working production estimate of five working days after cleared payment and artwork approval, subject to availability and the confirmed specification.
Keep the approved production specification for repeat orders. Reusing an embroidery file requires staff verification; a picture of a previously branded garment is useful context but is not itself an approved machine file. Plain items have a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. Items personalised with your logo, printing or embroidery cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods are unaffected.
