Printed Workwear T-Shirts with Company Logos
Create company T-shirts for everyday work, team uniforms or a business event. Choose a suitable style from the catalogue, then add a compact chest logo, a larger back message or both.
Choose the right work T-shirt
Compare the actual fabric, fit, weight and care instructions for the way your team will wear the shirt. A lightweight event shirt and a regular work uniform can have different requirements. Cotton, blends and performance fabrics also need a print compatibility check.
Use the size guide for the selected brand and style. You can mix sizes and colours of the same style for garment quantity pricing. Different colours may have different supplier prices, so check the basket rather than assuming that every variant costs the same.
Make your company logo easy to read
A chest design is useful for a compact business identity; a back design gives more space for the company name or a short message. Include the exact text and any contact details you want printed. Avoid squeezing a long line of small wording into a narrow chest logo.
Send the best original logo file available. A clear PNG, JPG or PDF up to 5 MB can be uploaded, with colour and placement notes. A transparent background helps explain where the garment should show through. Final detail and colours are checked on the production proof.
T-shirt printing prices
Chest or supported pocket print is £3.50 ex VAT per application (£4.20 inc VAT). Back print, including a compatible A3 request, is £6 ex VAT (£7.20 inc VAT). Chest plus back applications total £9.50 ex VAT per T-shirt before the garment and delivery. There is no print setup fee.
A3 is a maximum supported request, not a promise of the same physical area on every size. The chosen shirt, seams and design proportions determine the workable finished size.
Team, trade and event orders
For a staff uniform, record the wearer quantities and agree the fit before branding. For an event, include the required date and delivery postcode in the draft so timing can be reviewed before confirmation. Saving an order does not book an event deadline or reserve stock.
If your order includes separate designs, staff names or a mix of plain and branded garments, make those quantities explicit. The basket can adjust how many garments in a row receive each logo application.
How to order your printed T-shirts
Choose a garment, add the quantities for each size and colour, then continue to logos. Tap the Print or Embroidery picture, choose a supported position and upload a PNG, JPG or PDF up to 5 MB. You can type a company name, use saved artwork or send the logo later. Standard sizes provide a starting point; special sizes and colour instructions can be added. Review the clothing, logo applications, setup, delivery and VAT before saving your draft.
The garment picture shows approximate placement, not a production proof. Stock, the finished design, colours, position, garment compatibility and any embroidery estimate need confirmation before payment and production. A saved draft does not reserve stock or place a paid order. Allow a working production estimate of five working days after cleared payment and artwork approval, subject to availability and the confirmed specification.
Plain items have a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. Items personalised with your logo, printing or embroidery cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods are unaffected.
