Business uniforms and event T-shirts
For a regular work uniform, compare fabric, fit and care requirements with the team’s day-to-day job. For a business event, decide the garment colour and artwork before requesting a confirmed deadline. A clear company name can help identify staff, but the shirt still needs to suit the wearer and the working conditions.
Mix sizes and colours of the same style in the online selection. Use the actual style’s size guide to agree quantities. If the order has different messages or individual names, provide the exact wording and number of each variation.
Chest and back printing prices
A chest print is £3.50 ex VAT per application; a back print is £6 ex VAT. Both together cost £9.50 ex VAT (£11.40 inc VAT) in applications per T-shirt, before clothing and delivery. There is no print setup fee.
A supported A3 back request uses the £6 rate, but the finished design must fit the available garment panel. The shape of the artwork and the size of each T-shirt matter. A larger print is not automatically the clearest option for a short business name.
Preparing artwork for your Chester order
Upload a PNG, JPG or PDF up to 5 MB, ideally from the original logo artwork. A transparent PNG can help explain that you do not want a solid background. Include exact spelling, print colour references and any contact details that belong in the design.
The picture preview helps describe your chosen position. Final colours, dimensions, detail and fabric compatibility are agreed on the production proof. If you need a particular print process, include that requirement for confirmation rather than assuming every method is available on every style.
Deadlines, collection and delivery
Add your event or staff start date, delivery postcode and any access instructions to the draft. The team must confirm stock and timing before payment. The working allowance is five working days after cleared payment and artwork approval, subject to availability; this is not a guaranteed event delivery date.

Order plain or printed T-shirts
Choose a garment, add the quantities for each size and colour, then continue to logos. Tap the Print or Embroidery picture, choose a supported position and upload a PNG, JPG or PDF up to 5 MB. You can type a company name, use saved artwork or send the logo later. Standard sizes provide a starting point; special sizes and colour instructions can be added. Review the clothing, logo applications, setup, delivery and VAT before saving your draft.
Plain items have a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. Items personalised with your logo, printing or embroidery cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods are unaffected.
